What's not included

These are professional fees only. GST/HST and IRCC government fees (application processing, biometrics, and similar) are billed separately, at cost, and itemized so you always know where your money is going.

Your exact fee, in writing

Ranges reflect how complex a file is. Your exact fee is confirmed after your consultation and set out in a written service agreement before any work begins.

Why some fees look different

Trade-agreement and vulnerable worker permits are specialized areas without an established market rate. These prices reflect the complexity of the work itself, not a number pulled from a generic price list.

About Lisa

You talk. I listen. Then we get to work.

I was born in Calgary, and after many years living in some amazing places, I now call Calgary home once again. I hold a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a Master's in International Relations from the University of Glasgow. Before completing the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen's University, I dipped my toe into the world of Canadian immigration by sponsoring my own spouse from Costa Rica.

Deciding to leave your home country and immigrate abroad is a very personal and sometimes difficult decision. As an RCIC, my goal is to give everyone who wishes to come to Canada the best and most complete application possible.

I believe everyone deserves a considered consultation and a well-prepared application. That belief shapes how I work: honest advice about your options, clear fees in writing, and careful preparation from start to finish.
